Let me give you a few examples erson A have IC 1/256 but her/his download speed is 128kb/s and 32kb/s
Person B have IC 20/20 but her/his download/upload is 2560kb/s or 2,5Mb
If you don’t know “how huge” is your connection than you have make a speed test. use this site:

I did a internet speed test and it said 34 mbps download and 6 Mbps upload, so is my ratio 34/6? Just trying to clarify yield i know everything else in the vid. I’m just not clear on where to get the ratio.

best way i’ve found is to delete utorrent firewall settings in windows,
sped up my connection in no time.

You can say I have 1Mb download speed or you can say I have 1024kb/s download speed 1Mb=1024kb/s
